Tip No. 10: BIAMP speakers.
If you bought a home theater receiver in the last few years, there may be additional channels of the amplifier power you put to use for better sound. That's because most of the newer receivers have seven channels of amplification, while many people use only five speakers in their home theater setup.
If your speakers have two sets of terminals, then with the right kind of receiver you can probably improve your sound system by biamping.
If your receiver "Surround Back" channel unused, check whether redirect the power to your front left and right speakers can BIAMP. This neat trick gives you four dedicated amplifier channels to drive your two front speakers, essentially doubling the available power for more dynamic, higher sound quality.
